Ruritan's  purpose is to inspire all people to care about others their families, community, and country,  through our clubs, all people can become motivated to care and share with people everywhere a desire to improve their communities and make them better places in which to live and work. 

Black River Ruritan Club is a chapter of Ruritan National which is based in Virginia.  We work together to raise funds and accept donations to fund Scholarships and support community outreach. To have fun while we socialize with our neighbors and work together on projects to make our community better.
